Wynne Briscoe, Regional Director and Business Consultant is a Certified Technology Consultant, to assist in the process of taking technology concepts from the technical and intellectual commercialization process to mass market. A native of St. Mary’s County, an entrepreneur since the age of 7 and a forward thinking business pioneer. She is a graduate of University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, Minor in Business and Concentration in Business Law. Wynne has 30 years of entrepreneurship and business ownership experience to include retail, professional services, technology and manufacturing. Through 15 years of successfully consulting with entrepreneurs, businesses and non-profit organizations, she is known for her creativity and innovation in the development of new businesses by offering in-depth experience and assisting them from concept to profitability. As a Licensed Maryland Real Estate agent for 10 years, she has assisted businesses with commercial leases, purchases and site locations. Wynne is the Vice Chairman of the St. Mary’s County Economic Development Commission and is highly engaged in the Southern Maryland community.

Dan Rebarchick was born and raised in St. Mary’s County. While attending Great Mills High School he worked for Lenny’s Restaurant and was a volunteer fire fighter. Upon graduation from Great Mills High School he attended the Culinary Institute of America where he earned his AOS degree from the State of New York. After graduation he moved to the Washington DC area where he worked as a chef for a variety of different restaurants, and hotels increasing his experience in the hospitality Industry. In 1981 he and his family returned to St Mary’s County where he became a third generation Chef/Owner continuing to support the community and operating the family business.
During his career as a business owner he designed and built a hotel and several restaurants. He was an active member in the Chamber of Commerce serving on the Board of Directors for 7 years as well as Businessperson of the Year in 2005 He began a small business initiative to support local independent businesses.
Dan is passionate about being a Chef and has always been an advocate of small business. He understands the trials and tribulation of operating a small business, especially in such a changing world. His past affiliations include the National Restaurant Association, Hollywood Optimist Club and Kiwanis Club. He is currently the President of the Southern Maryland Center for Family Advocacy which supports St, Mary’s, Charles and Calvert counties.

Erin comes to SBDC with 10+ years of small business experience in e-commerce, wellness network marketing, project management and business coaching, in addition to 25 years of corporate business development, client relationship and project management. Erin is passionate about helping small businesses build a strong foundation of resources, smart financial management and processes from start up to growth phase. She holds a BA in Sociology from The University of Maryland College Park, and is a board member of the SOMD Terps Alumni Network.

Tisa J.D. Clark is the President/Owner of J.D. Clark Professional Services, L.L.C. His “hands-on” management in a true small business - a community bank – provided major insights. Bill joined the SBDC in May 2000. He has utilized his experience and expertise to benefit entrepreneurs and small businesses in the region.
Bill has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Salisbury University in Maryland. Bill is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.
