Recently, she transitioned to her role at the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), where she has been making a positive impact, helping local entrepreneurs achieve their goals.
She resides in Western MD with her husband and her four legged kids.  She is a mother of two, and grandmother of four, Tracey balances her professional life with a fulfilling family life on her small farm in Frostburg. There, she enjoys the company of her horses and goats, fostering a deep connection to the land and animals.
